Terms of Use and Public Offer for Milten

1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern individual use of Milten website audit, monitoring, report, API and token services. A user accepts the current version before payment. Starter and Pro recurrent payments require a separate unchecked recurrent-payment consent.
2. Plans and service limits
A plan belongs to one user. Teams and shared billing are not part of this offer. Enterprise terms and limits are fixed by a separate agreement.

3. Tokens and runs
Included tokens reset at the end of each monthly period and do not roll over. Additional whole tokens can be bought from 100 to 100,000 at 1 ₽ per token. Purchased tokens expire 365 days after payment and survive cancellation, but do not unlock operations unavailable on the effective plan. Lots with the nearest expiry are spent first.

4. Payments and subscription
CloudPayments processes the immediate first Starter or Pro payment and subsequent monthly charges. Additional tokens are a one-time payment and do not create a subscription. A plan or token lot becomes active only after Milten verifies a successful Pay notification.
5. Cancellation and refunds
A user may cancel recurrent charging electronically in Billing. Cancellation stops future charges and preserves paid access until the recorded end date. Refund requests are reviewed under mandatory law and the unused service scope; confirmed refunds are recorded in the payment and token ledger.
6. NPD receipts
The self-employed provider issues an NPD receipt for every successful charge and makes its status or link available in Billing. Production payments remain disabled until this receipt process is operational.
7. Acceptable use
The user must have authority to scan submitted resources and must not use Milten for unauthorized access, disruption, illegal processing, or attempts to bypass plan and token limits.
8. Availability and liability
Audit results are technical indicators, not a guarantee of legal compliance, security, ranking, or business outcome. The provider may perform maintenance and publish future catalog versions without rewriting paid order snapshots. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Personal data and notices
Payment, subscription, receipt and acceptance evidence is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Legally significant notices may be sent to the account email. 개인정보.
10. Version and contact
The version accepted with an order remains attached to it. A new material version requires acceptance for a later purchase. Questions, claims and refund requests can be sent to support@milten.io.
